3D PREVIEW YOUR BOX
We have made creating your cardboard postal boxes even easier with our design online with 3D preview experience. Simply click on the “Design Online” button and you will open the box design editor. Here, you can design your packaging and see in real-time a 3D model of your creation. Add text, change colours, upload logos etc. Its a great way to create your mailer box!

Our boxes are easy to assemble and available in 5 sizes plus the option to enter a custom size, printed on white corrugated E-flute cardboard, our postal boxes are sturdy enough to ship small to mid-sized items without the need for additional packaging.
Postal boxes are printed CMYK. We recommend you put all text and logos a minimum of 10mm from any crease or cut line. The final product may differ slightly by up to 1mm from the original, please design your boxes with this in mind.

CUSTOM PRINTED POSTAL BOX
The product is delivered flat. We recommend creasing each fold before assembling the box. Fold up one of the box's side flaps ans slot the side flap into the hole on the base of the box then repeat on the other side. The box is now ready to be filled. Close the lid, inserting the flaps into the slots created at the sides.
BLEED EXPLAINED
Ink that prints beyond the trim edge of the page to ensure it extends to the edge of the page after trimming. As there is a degree of movement when printing on any press, you should always create 3mm bleed on all edges where bleed is needed. Supplying your job without bleed may result in white lines when we trim it.
E FLUTE CORRUGATED
Mailer Boxes are printed using strong high quality white E Flute corrugated baord.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
We can turn around a large number of our products in just 24 hours, including print and delivery. Products that take longer to produce, and orders where a longer turnaround has been selected, are still shipped on a next-day delivery to ensure your order is with you as soon as possible. There are however some locations that require a two day delivery time, and some that incur extra costs: Northern Ireland (BT postcodes + £7.95), Outer Hebrides (HS postcodes + £7.95), Shetland Islands (ZE postcodes + £7.95), Isle of Man (IM postcodes + £8.95), Guernsey (GY postcodes + £16.50), Jersey (GE postcodes + £16.50).

Our mailer boxes are available in standard sizes, including 14" x 10" x 4", 6" x 6" x 4", and 9" x 8" x 1.5". Custom sizes can also be requested.
